Our story began in 1984 when local attorneys Philip F. Heller and Fredric D. Rutberg joined forces to form the law firm of Rutberg & Heller. Over the years, the firm has undergone changes, including the departure of Attorney Rutberg in 1994 to serve as a Massachusetts District Court judge. In 2008, Philip F. Heller and Lori A. Robbins formed the Heller & Robbins partnership, which continued until Phil's passing in 2018. Today, under the leadership of Attorney Robbins, the law firm of Heller & Robbins PC continues to thrive, offering a wide range of legal services to individuals and businesses in the Berkshire region.
