Unprofessional Service
According to Kistilan D.'s review, Attorney Syd Smithers was unprofessional and rude when discussing his firm's services for a real estate closing. Initially, Smithers hung up on Kistilan after they used the term "$1800 bid", which caused Kistilan to apologize and try to make contact again. However, Smithers was still uncooperative, being "very short" with Kistilan and eventually hanging up once more. The review suggests that this experience would deter them from doing business with the firm.
