James I. Pentecost, one of the founding partners of the firm, has been practicing law since 1985. Jim's practice focuses on civil rights defense, governmental tort defense, employment law, litigation, business formation, and management. Jim is a highly respected attorney in the legal community and has numerous reported decisions in both state and federal court.

Donald D. Glenn, another founding partner of the firm, has been practicing law since 1985. Don's practice focuses on employment law, civil rights defense, business formation, and management. Don has extensive experience in both state and federal court and has conducted trials in nearly every county in West Tennessee and portions of Middle Tennessee.

Nathan D. Tilly, a partner at the firm, has been practicing law since 2001. Nathan's practice focuses on employment law, civil rights defense, business formation, and management. Nathan has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court and has conducted numerous jury trials.
