Our Team

*Ken Walker*

A native of Lexington, Tennessee, Ken Walker received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1976 and graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1979. With 30 years of experience in the practice of bankruptcy, Mr. Walker specializes in consumer bankruptcy, municipal government representation, and utility representation. He serves as counsel for the City of Lexington, the Town of Scotts Hill, Lexington Electric System, and Lexington Utilities.

*Richard Walker*

A native of Lexington, Tennessee, Richard Walker earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1983 and received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1989 from the Nashville School of Law. With 24 years of experience in the practice of bankruptcy, Mr. Walker concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and social security disability. He has served in various positions, including Administrative Law Judge for the State of Tennessee, the Office of the Public Defender for the 26th Judicial District of Tennessee, and the Board of Directors for Community National Bank.

*Bethany Garland*

Bethany Garland, a native of Bradford, Tennessee, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in 2005. After working as a bankruptcy paralegal, Ms. Garland received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2014 from the Nashville School of Law. Since being admitted to the bar in 2015, Ms. Garland has focused her practice on consumer bankruptcy law.
