Freeborn, a native of Clearwater, Florida, has extensive experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, and taxation. He is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates and has served on several boards in Pinellas County.

Alison K. Freeborn, born in Clearwater, Florida, has a wealth of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Clearwater Bar.

C. Allen Kynes, Jr. brings a wealth of experience in real estate law, including sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential leasing, title insurance, contracts, closings, and loan documentation. He has served on many boards locally, including the Dunedin Library Foundation, Clearwater Bar Association, and the Dunedin Fine Arts Center.

Sharon Benson, our probate and trust administration paralegal, has over 35 years of experience in handling various estates, providing the skills and expertise to expedite the process, anticipate issues, and best represent the personal representative or trustee through the administration.

Cyndi Janssen has over 35 years of paralegal experience, coordinating real estate document preparation and closings, handling the preparation of trust and estate planning documents, and fiduciary services for our clients.

Gayle Briske began working in the legal field in 1972 and has over 38 years of experience in the specialty area of real estate. She has been an active member of several professional organizations in the area throughout her career.
