About Our Founder

Aubry Wand is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record of success in representing employees and consumers in employment and consumer matters. Mr. Wand's expertise includes protection of employment rights, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and harassment. He has successfully litigated numerous cases involving claims for misclassification of employees as independent contractors, failure to properly pay and calculate overtime, and failure to timely pay wages.

Admissions and Education

Mr. Wand received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice law in California and Hawaii.
