Welcome to Heller Wiegenstein PLLC, a small law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients throughout Western Washington. Our team of skilled attorneys and legal assistants are focused on advocating for our clients, helping them make wise, cost-effective decisions in a broad range of legal matters.

Our firm was founded in January 1997 by Tom Heller and John Wiegenstein, two experienced attorneys who learned their trade in larger firms but chose to create a new environment where they could provide the expertise of a larger firm with the personal attention and value of a smaller firm. Twenty years later, Tom has retired and moved to Europe, and John continues to serve the firm's long-standing clients along with attorney Elisha Smith.

We are based in Poulsbo, Kitsap County, and serve both the metropolitan Puget Sound corridor, the Olympic Peninsula counties, and surrounding areas of Western Washington.
