Karen Richmond

Karen brings clarity and simplicity to complex scenarios, and has great skill in finding a way to bridge the gap that can arise between the right solution and the standard legal interpretation. Her practice focuses on estate and trust planning, probate and trust administration, real estate and landlord-tenant law, business law, and bankruptcy. Karen brings to the table an incredible skill set in legal research and analysis.

David Hill

David graduated from Brigham Young University and continued his education at J. Reuben Clark Law School, J.D. and graduated from there in 1979. David's practice focuses on bankruptcy and estate planning. Over the course of his career, he has handled over 4700 bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13. As well as other numerous adversary matters.

Ron Richmond

Ron's practice has always had a client-centered focus, pursuing a flexible approach to help clients find solutions to their individual challenges. His practice focuses almost exclusively on litigation, involving disputes regarding real estate, business, protection orders, insurance claims, consumer protection, and general claims.
