Attorney Clayton W. Kent has been practicing law for over 38 years, with a broad range of experience in various civil matters, including construction litigation, winery and brewery disputes, mortuary negligence, wrongful death, elder abuse, real estate litigation, business formations, probate/estate planning, and personal injury. With a long history of success in resolving disputes, Mr. Kent brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every case. He is a seasoned litigator, having served as a Settlement Conference Panelist for the Marin County Superior Court and a private mediator.

Julie Kent, our Trial Paralegal, brings 32 years of extensive experience and knowledge of legal procedures and trial requirements to the firm. With a strong background in paralegal work, Ms. Kent has supported several law firms in their efforts to provide a superior level of representation and service, both in and outside of the courtroom. She has expertise in areas such as mortuary malpractice, probate, winery/brewery litigation, property disputes, and construction litigation.
