Our Services

We offer a wide range of legal services, including the preparation of basic life planning documents such as Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive, Standby Guardianship for parents with minor children, Trust/Will, and probate estates. Our team also assists with trust administration for those whose documents we drafted. Additionally, we provide direction in navigating the maze of Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Benefits, housing options, and long-term care health systems, connecting seniors to available community resources.

Our goal is to help seniors age in place with dignity, safety, and peace of mind. To achieve this, we work closely with a geriatric nurse practitioner and sometimes in conjunction with a geriatric care manager. We believe in transparency, and our fees are published on our website for your review. We also offer publications, online instructional courses, single consultations, and answers to "quick questions" related to our work.

Our Expertise

Our team has extensive experience in elder law and estate planning, and we pride ourselves on our network of relationships with lawyers in many specialties related to the needs of our clients. We maintain memberships in the Delaware County Bar Association Elder Law Section, Delaware County Attorney/CPA Forum, and Associate Membership with the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's.

Our Elder Law and Estate Planning practice helps with health and personal care planning, public benefits advice, insurance matters, housing counseling, employment and retirement advice, tax planning, age discrimination redress, fiduciary representation, and legal capacity counseling.
