KBG Injury Law operates as a comprehensive personal injury practice, with a primary office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and multiple locations throughout South Central Pennsylvania. For close to four decades, our firm has devoted itself entirely to personal injury litigation, deliberately focusing on this area to provide specialized, expert legal services. Our Lancaster office, conveniently situated on Harrisburg Pike, is complemented by additional regional offices designed to accommodate clients who may find travel challenging.
At KBG, we prioritize treating each client as an individual rather than merely a case number. Our attorneys emphasize trust and relationship-building, guiding clients through every stage of the legal process with transparency, patience, and responsiveness. Many of our team members previously worked in insurance defense, granting us valuable insights into opposing strategies that inform our negotiation and litigation approach. Our Lancaster office manages a wide range of serious injury and disability claims, including vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, defective products, wrongful death, workers compensation, Social Security disability, and catastrophic injuries. We represent clients from diverse backgrounds, and in complex cases, collaborate with additional legal experts to ensure optimal case handling. Our meticulous preparation and commitment to securing full compensation underscore our approach, whether negotiating settlements or pursuing trial verdicts.
