Penny's father had worked for General Motors for years and both of her parents currently worked at Toyota Manufacturing. She had seen her mom suffer a repetitive motion injury and wear an arm brace for carpal tunnel syndrome. She had firsthand knowledge that carpal tunnel was real and that its effects could be devastating. Great 1st impression! We were involved in a rear end collision that caused serious injury to my wife. Rocky McElhaney Law Firm laid out a plan with a time line, (even though we had to work through Covid (2020), they were able to push our case through. The whole time we were prepared to have a trial by jury but the insurer for the defendant asked for a meeting and we were able to settle for an amount that exceeded my wife and my expectation. They kept us well informed, almost weekly updates.
