Services
Social Security Disability
Our Social Security Disability attorneys help clients navigate the complex application and appeals process for SSDI and SSI benefits. We specialize in building strong cases through comprehensive medical documentation and legal arguments tailored to each client's unique circumstances. With deep knowledge of Social Security Administration regulations, we represent clients from initial applications through administrative law judge hearings, ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve for work-related disabilities.
Veterans Benefits
We assist veterans in securing service-connected disability compensation and related benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our certified attorneys handle claims for conditions resulting from military service, including PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and exposure to hazardous materials. We guide clients through the appeals process and help maximize benefits through proper disability ratings, ensuring veterans receive healthcare coverage, monthly compensation, and special programs they've earned through their service.
Non-Service Connected Pension
Our team helps wartime veterans qualify for non-service connected pension benefits based on financial need and disability status. We assist with applications requiring proof of wartime service, income limitations, and medical documentation demonstrating permanent disability. We provide strategic guidance to meet eligibility requirements while maximizing benefit amounts through proper documentation of medical expenses and financial circumstances.
Disability Rating Appeals
We specialize in challenging inaccurate disability ratings from the VA through formal appeals processes. Our attorneys analyze existing ratings for errors, gather additional medical evidence, and present compelling arguments to increase compensation levels. We represent clients at all stages of appeal, including Board of Veterans Appeals hearings, ensuring proper evaluation of both service-connected and non-service connected disabilities that impact earning capacity.
Total Disability Claims
We help veterans qualify for Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU) when their service-connected conditions prevent gainful employment. Our attorneys prepare comprehensive claims demonstrating how disabilities affect work capacity, coordinate with medical professionals for supporting documentation, and challenge denials through the appeals process. We ensure clients understand their rights regarding permanent and total disability designations.

I really hate that I have to leave one star because I was really excited after reading all of the amazing reviews to work with disability law group. Unfortunately, Im not having the same experience as everyone else and Im the most laid back easy going person alive.
