He graduated with honors from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1999 and is a published member of the North Dakota Law Review. With a strong commitment to giving back to his community, Larry has served as the volunteer defense counsel for Grand Forks Adult Drug Court and currently serves as defense counsel for Grand Forks Juvenile Drug Court.
