Our History

DDSK Law was founded on the principle of providing exceptional legal services with a personalized touch. Our attorneys have a wealth of knowledge and experience in litigation, with a proven track record of success in both state and federal courts. Our Team

Our team of attorneys includes partners Keith L. Sachs and Shaun M. Khan, as well as of counsel Katherine M. DiGangi.

Keith L. Sachs is a partner with more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation practice. His areas of focus include commercial, employment, construction, trust, real estate litigation, and criminal defense. Keith has tried numerous cases to verdict in the Courts of the Commonwealth and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Shaun M. Khan is a civil litigator with a diverse practice primarily focused on complex business, employment discrimination, and trust/estate litigation. Shaun has represented clients in both state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, administrative proceedings, and mediation. He has been selected as a Massachusetts "Rising Star" by New England Super Lawyers Magazine and Boston Magazine from 2015 to 2021.

Katherine M. DiGangi concentrates her practice on all aspects of domestic relation and probate matters including divorce, custody, alimony and child support, probating of estates, as well as post-divorce litigation such as actions for contempt and modification. She has received appointments as Guardian, Conservator, and Special Personal Representative by the Essex County Probate and Family Court.
