She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science Degree and went on to earn her Juris Doctoris Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. Toni has an extensive background in criminal law, having served as an assistant public defender in the mid-Missouri area for over 10 years. She has obtained numerous not guilty verdicts in cases ranging from murder in the second degree to stealing. In addition to her criminal law practice, Toni has also served as the Parent's Attorney in the 45th Judicial Circuit Family Dependency Court and is a member of the City of Troy Historic Preservation Commission.
