Tom has served as past President of the Routt County Bar Association, as a past Vice-President of the Colorado Bar Association, and as a past Chairman of the Water Section of the CBA.

Melinda Sherman has over 28 years of experience, focusing on areas such as real property, business, banking, special district, zoning, municipal, and home owner associations. She is admitted to the Illinois and Colorado bars.
