Liquidation Proceedings

As part of our liquidation proceedings, we have filed a state court insolvency proceeding as an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Case No. 482730V. The Court has assumed jurisdiction over our estate, and Heather Dlhopolsky has been appointed as the Assignee to supervise the liquidation proceedings. Paul Sweeney and the law firm of Yumkas, Vidmar, Sweeney & Mulrenin, LLC have been authorized as legal counsel to the Assignee.
