Nicholas H. Patton

Nick Patton was the founder of Patton, Tidwell & Culbertson. He was a renowned trial lawyer with over 50 years of experience in federal and state courts in Texas and Arkansas. He had extensive trial experience in areas such as products liability and employment discrimination, and was frequently listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Nick was a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American College of Trial Lawyers, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Kelly B. Tidwell

Kelly Tidwell is an experienced trial lawyer with a strong background in commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, and antitrust compliance.
