Our Founding and History
Our story begins in 2007, when Attorneys Matthew R. Arnold and J. Bradley Smith founded Arnold & Smith, PLLC in the attic of another attorney's office. In 2008, the firm relocated to a historic Victorian-era Queen Anne style home in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, which is now listed on the National Historic Register. Our founders, both natives of Charlotte, are committed to preserving the city's history and have beautifully restored the historic John Carr Price House into a modern, state-of-the-art law office.
