With a strong background in fire service, having served 30 years in the fire service, including 30 years of service in the United States Air Force and retiring as Assistant Deputy Director, Chief of State Fire Marshal Operations in the California State Fire Marshal's Office. Randy holds multiple degrees, including an Associate in Arts degree in Fire Technology, a Bachelor in Arts degree in Political Science, and a Juris Doctorate degree. With his extensive experience, Randy has developed a unique perspective on fire-related legal issues and has expertise in fire loss, building codes, and fire service regulation.
