Our services include Tribal governance matters, environmental stewardship, gaming regulation, and more. We also assist businesses working with Tribes or on Reservation lands.
Business Law and Estate Planning
Our Business Law practice, led by Eric L. Olsen, has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of business law. We help clients form and grow their businesses, resolve disputes between owners, and navigate mergers and acquisitions. Our Estate Planning practice focuses on creating secure estate plans for individual and family succession.
About Our Team
Our team of attorneys has extensive experience in trust formation, estate planning, and probate navigation. We have published numerous scholarly works on Indian law, including Gaming Regulation, Contracts, Jurisdiction, Environmental Stewardship, Native-Owned Businesses, and Treaty Rights.
Community Involvement
We are committed to serving our community and have proudly assisted the Shivwits Band of Paiutes, a federally recognized Tribe, with its successful application for a US Fish & Wildlife Service Zoonotic Diseases Initiative grant.
