We Treat Your Legal Concerns Like Family Matters
At Hebl & Hebl, LLP, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Wisconsin. Founded in 1976, our law firm is located in Sun Prairie, just outside of Madison. Our commitment to the community extends beyond legal representation, as we are proud to serve as past and present board members and officers of various community organizations.
Our Services
We offer a broad range of legal services including Probate & Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Plaintiff's Personal Injury, Real Estate, Landlord - Tenant Law, Creditor Collections, and Business Organization. Our expertise in these areas allows us to provide comprehensive legal solutions to our clients.
Probate & Estate Administration
Probate is the legal process by which a person's debts are paid and assets are distributed upon his or her death. Estate Administration includes the probate process as well as non-probate transfers of the deceased's assets. We handle a variety of estate planning matters, including planning for the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death.
Estate Planning
Estate planning may include wills, spousal and children's trusts, special needs trusts, revocable living trusts, advance medical directives, powers of attorney (general, special and medical), as well as an array of planning techniques used to protect assets from unnecessary probate costs. Our aim is to have our clients avoid the probate process altogether.
Plaintiff's Personal Injury
Our firm represents individuals injured because of the negligent or intentional behavior of another. Victims of personal injury are entitled to financial compensation for their medical and property expenses, incidental costs caused by the accident, and may be entitled to additional damages to cover future expenses, pain and suffering, or other issues.
Real Estate
We represent both commercial clients and individuals in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property, including purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, zoning, title examinations, quiet title actions, closings, and management.
Landlord - Tenant Law
Our firm has extensive dealings in landlord-tenant law for over 40 years. We draft and review both commercial and residential leases. Representing both tenants and landlords, we ensure our clients receive the full benefits of all rights afforded by law.
Creditor Collections
We represent business and professional clients seeking recovery of amounts due and owing.
Business Organization
The form of business chosen for a business entity potentially affects every aspect of its operations. Our firm assists our clients in formation and business planning in deciding whether they want to operate as a closely held business, limited liability company, partnership, or corporation.
Wisconsin Work Permit Rules
In Wisconsin, anyone under the age of 16 is required to obtain a work permit to work in any job, with some exceptions. Our attorneys are well-versed in these rules and can provide guidance on obtaining the necessary permits.
