Meet Our Attorneys
Michael L. Holdsworth: Michael L. Holdsworth was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education, magna cum laude, from Northern Arizona University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming and served as Editor-in-Chief of the University's Law Review. Mr. Holdsworth owns Holdsworth Law Firm, P.C. in Prescott.
Lori Marschke: Lori Marschke attended college at the University of Minnesota and received a degree in Law and Social Issues. She attended law school at Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2005. Lori has experience in commercial real estate, corporate law, and business transactions. She has joined Holdsworth Law Firm, P.C. to complement the Firm's estate planning practice.
Anne C. Holdsworth: Anne C. Holdsworth, daughter of firm-founder Michael L. Holdsworth, was born in Laramie, Wyoming, and raised in Paulden, Arizona. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Utah Valley University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Anne was admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona in May 2020.
