We handle the settlement of estates, settlement of estates without probate, and disputes over estates, trusts, and fiduciaries. We also have experience with medical powers of attorney.

Our Attorney

Michael brings academic accomplishment and 45 years of experience to the practice of law. He received his BA from Stanford University and his JD from the University of Arizona College of Law, where he graduated with distinction and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Assistant Federal Public Defender, Partner, United States Magistrate, Staff Attorney, and is now in private practice in Tucson. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and Pima County Bar Association. He has also served as a Hearing Officer for the Arizona Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Commission for 12 years.
