*Clay A. Anderson, Attorney at Law*

Clay Anderson is a South Dakota native and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Clay earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Regis University, with dual specializations in finance and human resource management. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, School of Law. After graduation, Clay worked with various entrepreneurs and investors, assisting them with their business ventures. Clay's philosophy is to ensure that every client is more than just a case file number and to be a trusted member of our clients' personal and family's estate/business teams for multiple generations.

*Kristi L. Jones, Attorney at Law*

Kristi Jones is a Columbus, Nebraska native. She earned two bachelor of arts degrees in Communication Studies, and Social Sciences, as well as a Masters of Education from the University of Sioux Falls. Kristi went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, School of Law. Kristi has extensive experience in criminal defense, juvenile, and abuse and neglect cases. She has also worked in private practice, where she discovered a passion for helping clients with adoptions, small businesses, and appellate work.

*Brittany Anderson, Legal Assistant*

Brittany Anderson is a South Dakota native and a graduate of Dakota State University. She has been working within the legal field since 2014 and is the office manager, legal assistant, and receptionist at Dakota Law Firm, Prof. L.L.C.
