Meet Our Team

Our team of attorneys and paralegals is led by Bret H. Davis, JD, CPA, LLM, who is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. Bret focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid planning, VA benefits planning, special needs planning, probate, corporate law, tax law, and commercial transactions. Reese R. Boyd, III is a native of Conway, South Carolina, and is a graduate of Davidson College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. His practice focuses on complex estate, probate, and business litigation matters.

Meet Our Staff

Our paralegals and staff are dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients. Our team includes Jamie Elgaway, Jamie, who has been with our firm since 2018 and has worked in various legal settings since 2010. Tina L. Bashline, a seasoned Legal Assistant/Paralegal with over 30 years of experience, joined our firm in January 2022. Cathy Plocinik, a member of the Phi Alpha Alpha Honor Society for Public Administration, has over 20 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Deborah Evans has over 30 years of experience as a paralegal and has worked with our firm since 2015. Peggy West is our Receptionist and has been with us since 2017.
