Communication Issues
The reviews highlight several instances of poor communication, including delayed responses, voicemail messages not being returned, and unprofessional interactions. Author Shanna Chastain experienced significant delays due to internet problems, while Anton Nentchev had a difficult time getting in touch with Bethany J Roberts, with no follow-up call to confirm the status of his inquiry. Heather Bruce and Faith Baba also reported poor communication, with Heather stating that the firm was not the right choice for everyone and Faith expressing disappointment and disgust with the response to her inquiry.
Professionalism
Some reviewers praised the professionalism of the staff, with Velda Dick noting friendliness and Vicki Meitler appreciating great communication and patience. Pamela Eglinski also praised the professionalism of Cal Karlin and his team.
Satisfaction
