One of our attorneys, Nathan Bilyeu, has extensive experience in tax-exempt financing for local government entities and private 501(c)(3) organizations. Nathan is recognized nationally for his work as Bond Counsel, Issuer's Counsel, Underwriter/Disclosure Counsel, and Borrower's Counsel on tax-exempt financings in Montana. Nathan's innovative work has been recognized by the Bond Buyer, the nationwide industry-leading publication for public finance. Nathan was awarded the 2022 Small Issuer Financing Deal of the Year Award for Gallatin County, Montana's $65 million Bozeman Fiber project.
