Providing exceptional legal services with a personal touch

At Bantz, Gosch & Cremer, L.L.C., we are a law firm that has been serving the region for over five decades. Our firm was founded in 1963 by Douglas W. Bantz, a renowned lawyer who was dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to individuals and businesses alike. Today, our firm has grown to include nine attorneys, each with their own unique expertise and areas of specialty.

Our Firm's History

Our story began when Douglas W. Bantz left another firm to practice law on his own. He was soon joined by Roger Wollman, a talented lawyer who would later become a Justice on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis and a former Chief Justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court. After concluding his active practice in 1979, Mr. Bantz remained of counsel with the firm until his passing in 1983. In 1972, Kennith Gosch joined the firm and is now the senior partner. Over the years, our firm has been built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
