Our Team

- Elijah M. Forde, Managing Partner and Mediator, is a graduate of Howard University School of Law. Elijah has been representing the State of Washington, employers, and injured persons across the state since becoming licensed to practice in 2006. He is also a University of Washington-trained Mediator.
- Derek, our Legal Assistant, is a graduate of South Puget Sound Community College. Prior to joining Atlas Law, Derek spent nearly 8 years in transportation as a professional driver. He has been through the workers' compensation system as an injured worker and is the primary point of contact for clients at Atlas Law.
