Meet Our Team

• Betsy Harrison: Born and raised in Winston County, Alabama, Betsy graduated from Winston County High School and went on to attend Samford University and Cumberland School of Law. A former city judge and prosecutor, Betsy has practiced law since 1990 and is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association. She is active in local civic events and has been involved in the development of several subdivisions on beautiful Smith Lake. Betsy is an authorized title insurance agent for First American and is committed to treating her clients with the same respect and care that she would like to receive herself.
• Kathy Wilson Gilbreath: Raised in Winston County, Kathy graduated from Meek High School in 1984. She has one daughter who graduated from Winston County High School in May of 2015 and is now attending the University of Alabama. Kathy began working with Betsy Harrison in September of 1994, after previously working in the legal field for 8 years. She has worked in several aspects of the law office, including domestic relations, civil and criminal cases, juvenile, and real estate transactions, including title searches, title insurance, and real estate closings.
• Tabitha Leigh Edwards: Born and raised in Winston County, Tabitha graduated from Lynn High School in 1997. She is married and has one step-daughter, who graduated from Haleyville High in 2015 and is now attending the University of North Alabama. Tabitha began working with Betsy M. Harrison in September, 2006. During these years, she has worked in different areas of the law office, including but not limited to Civil and Criminal cases, domestic relations, juvenile, and probate cases.
