Our firm originated in the 1950s as the private practice of attorney Martin J. Smith. With the addition of attorney Kathleen S. Schultz in 1978 and attorney Kevin M. Smith in 1981, Mr. Smith's private practice expanded into Smith and Schultz, PLC. Over the years, our firm has grown and evolved, but our commitment to providing exceptional legal services has remained unwavering.
