Our Expertise

Our attorney, John M. Montgomery, is a Colorado native with extensive experience in trial and legal counseling. He has practiced in various areas, including criminal defense, civil claims, workers compensation, and insurance claims investigation. Since opening his office in Del Norte, Colorado, he has focused on estate planning, probate, and real estate cases, accepting private fiduciary cases and adult protection matters.

Estate Planning and Probate

This includes creating a Will, Trust, planning for a child with special needs, and preparing a financial power of attorney. Our expertise in probate administration and litigation ensures that clients receive guidance and reassurance throughout the process.
