We are the elected law office serving the residents of Hampshire and Franklin counties and the town of Athol, led by District Attorney David E. Sullivan who has held office since 2011. We operate as the chief law enforcement authority for our jurisdiction, upholding rigorous, fair prosecution standards for all criminal cases. Our team of dedicated prosecutors and support staff prioritizes public safety while advocating fiercely for victims of crime at every stage of the judicial process. We integrate progressive prevention and intervention strategies alongside our core prosecution responsibilities to address root causes of criminal behavior. Our Child Sexual Predator Task Force provides specialized training for law enforcement and prosecutors to improve investigation and prosecution outcomes for these serious crimes.
