The Brotherton Law Firm is an innovative full-service transactional/litigation law firm that focuses on taking care of its clients. Our office is located north of Dallas Fort Worth in Highland Village, Texas, part of the fast-growing Denton County. We primarily handle matters involving business, energy, insurance, family law, transportation, environmental, construction, and real estate concerns.

We place special emphasis on working with clients to prevent litigation, by reviewing potential problems and disputes and developing strategies to keep disputes out of the courtroom.
