Established in 2016, Crimmins & Kehm Law Firm is a full-service law practice based in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in Iowa and Nebraska, providing comprehensive legal services to individuals, small businesses, municipalities, and large companies throughout Iowa.
Our Firm's History
With a rich history dating back to 1948, our firm has evolved through the dedication and hard work of its attorneys. Our predecessors, Herb R. Bennett and Paul McCarville, laid the foundation for our firm's success. Herb Bennett, who began practicing law in 1948, joined forces with Paul McCarville to form the predecessor firm, Bennett, Crimmins & Livingston. After Paul McCarville's passing in 1979, Herb Bennett continued to practice law for over 50 years. In 1987, Mark R. Crimmins joined the firm, which would eventually bear his name. Today, our firm continues to provide a wide range of legal services to clients in the Fort Dodge area and throughout Iowa.
Our Attorneys
Our firm is led by two experienced attorneys, Mark R. Crimmins and Ryan A. Kehm. Both attorneys have extensive knowledge in various areas of law, including personal injury, accidents, probate, wills and estates, and real estate. Our Office
Located in downtown Fort Dodge, our office is situated in a historic building that was once a manufacturing plant. The building displays memorable pictures from the 20th-century manufacturing operation, and our attorneys take pride in preserving the original architectural features of the building. Our office is easily accessible and offers ample parking.

Disappointing Experience
The law firm reviewed by these individuals failed to meet their expectations. Several reviewers expressed frustration with the communication skills of the staff, particularly Tyler, a paralegal. They claimed that she did not respond to emails or phone calls, despite repeated attempts. This led to wasted time and a lack of progress on their cases.
Unprofessional Treatment
Some reviewers described being treated poorly by the firm's staff. Brittany Sandoval reported that the staff member she spoke with hung up on her mid-conversation, while Vicki Dye mentioned that she never received a response to her calls or emails. I. S. was particularly disgusted, stating that Tyler was the "WORST communicator" they had ever dealt with.
