About Charles E. Andersen
Charles E. Andersen was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1994, following examination, by the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division 3rd Dept. He attended undergraduate school at State University of New York at Stony Brook and holds a Baccalaureate Degree in addition to a JD (Juris Doctor Degree) in Law. Mr. Andersen first opened his office in 1994 in Ithaca New York. In 1995 he moved the primary practice to Elmira New York where it persists. The Law Office consists of Mr. Andersen and several paralegals and other support staff.
