Jacobs & Dembert, P.A. is a Baltimore-based law firm that has been providing exceptional legal services to individuals and businesses for over two decades. Our firm was founded in 1996 by James S. Jacobs and David C. Dembert, two experienced attorneys who shared a vision of building a law practice that would prioritize strong relationships with clients and delivered personalized legal solutions.

Who We Are

Our firm was established by two attorneys who had previously worked together at Frank Bernstein Conaway & Goldman, a large regional law firm. After practicing law in their own firms, Jim and Dave recognized the need to join forces and create a law practice that would cater to the unique needs of their clients. In 2012, Carolyn Jacobs joined our firm as Of Counsel, bringing with her extensive expertise in health law. Today, our firm is renowned for its expertise in business and corporate law, health care law, estate planning and administration, and airport concessions and real estate law.
