Attorney Discipline Board

The Michigan Attorney Discipline Board (ADB) is the adjudicative arm of the Michigan Supreme Court, responsible for discharging its exclusive constitutional responsibility to supervise and discipline Michigan attorneys. The ADB is committed to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and ensuring that Michigan attorneys adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct.

Attorney Disciplinary Proceedings
