Our Story
Our founder, D. Mitchell Bryant, has been practicing law in East Tennessee since 1987. Originally from Cleveland, Tennessee, he graduated with highest honors from Middle Tennessee State University in 1984, and later received his legal degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1987. With extensive litigation experience, Mr. Bryant has tried approximately 75 jury trials and has participated in over 2,500 non-jury matters. He has also handled numerous cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
