Meet the Team

Karen Sutherland, Esq. is the founding attorney of the firm. She is licensed to practice law in Maine, Massachusetts, District of Massachusetts, Tennessee, and the Eastern District of Tennessee. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Sutherland was a registered nurse. She holds a JD from Duquesne University School of Law, a B.B.A. from King University, and an A.D. in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. Britany Henderson serves as the paralegal and office manager, bringing a wealth of experience to the firm.
