Real Estate

The experience of our real estate staff encompasses nearly every aspect of a real estate matter, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, real estate zoning matters, and real estate tax appeals. Estate Planning & Administration

Properly prepared estate planning documents enable our clients to implement their testamentary wishes, including the creation of estate plans that provide for individuals with special needs, charitable bequests, and lifetime gifts that take into account federal and state taxes. Our firm regularly provides legal and business counsel to assist our clients with making daily business decisions, safeguarding business assets, including risk management, and implementing plans to grow their business both organically and through acquisitions.
