Richard J. McGinity's legacy is one of unwavering commitment to the law and a deep understanding of the complexities that arise in it. Before establishing his law practice, he proudly served in the United States Navy Air Corp during the Korean War. After the war, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tulane University and later graduated from Tulane University Law School in 1959. Richard's tenure as General Counsel of the Board of Commissioners of the Orleans Levee District for 21 years further solidified his expertise in general business practice and litigation.
