He found her to be rude and lacking compassion, and when he asked about the type of law the firm practiced, she instead asked about the situation he was calling about. He felt that the firm had no moral compass and was not helpful, with the woman on the phone telling him "We can't help you" and then hanging up.
ReQuissia Cherry gave the firm 4 stars, but did not end up working with them. She found the staff to be "super nice & helpful", and appreciated that they listened to her issues and provided contact information for an attorney who could assist her.
