Our Team

Our team of attorneys and paralegals is led by Mike Begley, a native of Black Mountain who has been dedicated to community engagement and professional guidance throughout his life. Mike has extensive experience in real estate and has served as the Mayor of Black Mountain and as a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. He is a licensed member of the North Carolina State Bar and a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Allison Quigley, one of our talented attorneys, graduated from Appalachian State University and the UNC School of Law. She is passionate about advocating for children and volunteers with The Dragonfly House Children's Advocacy Center and serves as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem. Allison is committed to providing exceptional representation to her clients.

Mary Wald, our experienced paralegal, has been working with Mike Begley since the founding of Begley Law Firm in 1985. She earned a degree from Palm Beach Atlantic College and is a North Carolina certified paralegal. Mary has extensive experience in real estate matters and is an active member of Biltmore Church.
