• Real Estate: We represent buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions, including contract review, representation from contract to closing, and deed preparation/how to take title to real estate. We also handle boundary and title disputes, quiet title actions, and representation before planning and zoning boards.
• Business Law: We assist clients with the creation of corporate entities and limited liability companies, the preparation of partnership agreements and operating agreements, and the preparation and review of business contracts and buy and sell agreements. We also file annual reports with New Jersey and prepare annual corporate documents.
• Family Law: We assist clients with the preparation and review of pre-marital agreements and divorce settlement agreements, the filing of divorce actions in uncontested cases, and representation in the sale of real estate, uncontested adoptions, and name changes.

Paul A. Gerike: Paul is an attorney in private practice in Medford with a concentration in estate planning, estate administration, real estate, guardianships, and business law. Prior to private practice, he was an associate at Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.C., in Somerville, New Jersey.

Katy Hahn - Legal Assistant: Katy is a dedicated legal assistant with extensive experience in estate planning, estate administration, and real estate.

Shannon Corcoran: Shannon is an experienced attorney with a focus on family law. She handles divorces, child support and custody disputes, and other related issues, with a professional, compassionate, and individualized approach.
