We are Kirsch & Kirsch, a small New Jersey-based law firm dedicated to delivering expert, personalized legal counsel to a diverse range of clients. Our founding attorney was admitted to practice law in New York in 1967, and holds admission to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He was also admitted to the New Jersey bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1983. A graduate of New York University School of Law with an LL.B. degree and a former Root Tilden Scholar, he has served as Vice President of the Hackensack Chamber of Commerce and past Co-Chair of the UJA Federation of Bergen and North Hudson Accountant/Attorney Division.
He also chaired the Internet and Computer Law Committee for the Bergen County New Jersey State Bar Association in 2002, and is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations. Our second principal attorney earned his J.D. from Rutgers University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review from 1988 to 1989. He is the author of three widely used legal publications on New Jersey foreclosure and repossession, and served as a lecturer for the National Business Institute from 1993 to 1995. Admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1989 and New York in 1995, he is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State, New York State and American Bar Associations.
