With a strong background in business administration and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston, Daylene has built a reputation as a strong and compassionate advocate for her clients.

Our Story

Daylene's journey to becoming a licensed attorney began when she fought her own child custody case alone, without an attorney. This experience planted a seed of interest in law that grew into a passion for serving as an advocate for those facing legal troubles. With the encouragement of a local judge, Daylene attended law school and fulfilled her dream of becoming a licensed attorney. After practicing in Conroe, Texas, she returned to her hometown of Palestine to open her own practice in 2020, with a focus on family law. In 2022, she expanded her practice to Huntsville, Texas, where she continues to serve clients with dedication and expertise.
