Meet Our Attorney
Walt Moody, the founder of Moody Law Firm, LLC, is a lifelong resident of the Valdosta, Georgia, area. After high school, Walt attended Valdosta State College for two years before being seriously injured in an automobile crash. Walt was forced to leave school but later resumed his studies at Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
After college, Walt attended The Florida State University College of Law, graduating in 2005. In law school, Walt competed with a team in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition, where he was an intramural team winner and honored as "Best Advocate."
After school, Walt became a member of the state bars in Florida and Georgia. He is also a member of the Valdosta Bar Association and the Valdosta Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Walt enjoys music, dogs, and cooking.

Having been seriously injured in a car crash in college, Walt understands the importance of being prepared for life-changing events.
